Collaborative is the word we use to describe when EMP – that’s right – cooperates with other performance groups, organizations, companies and so on – in order to create an event larger than each of the individual parties can offer themselves.

For example, EMP has done shows together with guest performance artists from Circus Magnolia, who are masters at juggling techniques and old style magic tricks. EMP has also performed live with break dancers, Chinese lion-dancers and taken part in the creation of music videos.

Collaborative can basically be anything in your imagination, but based on combining forces and skills, exchanging knowledge with other artists.

During the opening of URIX festival, EMP collaborated with a politician who held his speech surrounded by fire and UV lighting – followed by a break dance and hip hop show.
